QOCTS AI Use Policy

Draft Placeholder

1. AI in QOCTS Training

QOCTS may teach learners how to use AI tools for learning, planning, research, drafting, and workflow support.

2. Human Judgment

AI output must be checked. The learner remains responsible for judgment, accuracy, ethics, and final decisions.

3. No Automatic High-Stakes Decisions

QOCTS should not make automated high-stakes decisions about users. Readiness status must remain review-based.

4. AI Limitations

AI outputs can be wrong, biased, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate.

5. Sensitive Data

Users should avoid entering sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal, or confidential information into third-party AI tools unless they understand the risks and have appropriate permission.

6. Institutional Use

Institutional pilots must define whether AI tools are used, what data may be entered, and what safeguards apply.
