1. What QOCTS Is
QOCTS is a training and education platform designed to support structured learning, operational coherence, future-readiness, and evidence-based self-regulation.
2. Pilot Mode
QOCTS is currently in pilot and pre-commercial mode. Features, access levels, evidence reports, and readiness tracks may change during pilot development.
3. What QOCTS Is Not
QOCTS is not: medical treatment; psychological therapy; crisis support; legal advice; tax advice; financial advice; debt advice; employment advice; guaranteed job placement; guaranteed income; government approval; UBI eligibility approval; accredited qualification; or official certification.
4. User Responsibility
Users remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, professional advice, health support, financial choices, legal compliance, and employment decisions.
5. Training Data
Users may create session records, scores, notes, reflections, feedback, and evidence reports. These are training records and should not be treated as identity judgments.
6. Access Levels
QOCTS may provide free orientation, pilot operator access, institutional partner access, facilitator candidate access, and admin access. Access may be limited, reviewed, or revoked during pilot operation.
7. Evidence Reports
Evidence reports are readiness documents. They are not certificates, accreditation, employment credentials, public qualifications, or guarantees.
8. Acceptable Use
Users must not: misuse QOCTS to shame, coerce, rank, or punish others; submit false information; attempt to access another user's data; bypass access gates; use QOCTS in a crisis situation instead of appropriate support; or present readiness reports as official certification.
9. Changes
QOCTS may update features, documents, pilot rules, or access conditions as the platform develops.
