This policy is effective as of 26 June 2026 and will be updated before public launch.
QOCTS does not currently process payments. Refund terms will be published before any paid plan launches.

2. Future Paid Access
Refund, cancellation, subscription, and dispute terms will be confirmed before any payment processor is activated.
3. Institutional Agreements
Institutional pilot or cohort terms will be handled separately and must be reviewed before formal deployment.
